Integration of the Job load/unload function into the user interface

Another useful advantage of our new Symbol scanners is the integration of the Job load/unload function into the user interface. The complete process is simultaneously displayed on the scanner and your computer screen. You can respond to messages on the screen or by using the scanner’s function keys.

Bi-directional radio communication

The communication between the software and the scanner is bi-directional, enabling you to work without visual contact to the workstation. Data is instantly exchanged online. For example, if you want to load a few more units of an item than were originally planned, the scanner will verify availability for you. Changes are automatically updated during the loading process, eliminating the need to update your database after the fact.

Scanner hardware

The easy-to-operate barcode scanner is made from heavy-duty materials especially designed for the rough-and-tumble warehouse environment. The scanner can be used with other scanners to load a job simultaneously. It has a remote range of up to 50 meters, which can be extended with a roaming connection.
