The easyjob^® Business Information Center (BIC) analyzes your easyjob database and displays Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all aspects of your business. Through informative, easy-to-read tables and diagrams, you'll have the tools you need to make informed equipment purchases and negotiate effectively with customers and partners.



The easyjob® Business Information Center analyzes these key areas:

	Company Overview This is your business at a glance. Compare your growth to the same timeframe last year and view other useful trends.
	Customers See which customers bring in the most income, which items they prefer to rent and other valuable data.
	Projects Quickly determine which Projects or Jobs are the most profitable, which ones contributed the most to your monthly sales volume and which pending proposals have the highest income potential.
	Items Make informed rental equipment purchases. These reports show which Items are the most profitable, which are the most popular, and which frequently sub-hired items have the highest return-on-investment potential.
	Staff Detailed reports show which person is booked the most and in which timeframe as well as which Resource Type is especially profitable.
	Vehicles Make better capital investment decisions with reports that show which vehicle types are being used the most and which are operating in a profitable manner.
	Invoicing Quickly determine who still owes you money and which projects contributed the most to total sales, among other reports that analyze exisiting Invoices and Credit Notes.
	Workshop activities These reports show which items have the highest failure rates and maintenence and repair costs. Top causes of damage are also tracked.
	Users This category displays reports and diagrams about your project managers, such as which ones are responsible for which projects and who contributed the most bookings for a given timeframe.

Key figures are displayed on the dashboard. Every statistic can also be displayed in a table.

In addition to the dashboard, you can view reports that can be drilled down to the smallest detail using the collapse/expand button.

All statistics can be exported into PDF or Excel documents for further analysis.

You can determine which option you prefer in the easyjob program settings:
1. Project Start 2. Project End 3. Distribute evenly through the length of the Project.
