Customizing print-outs such as proposals, delivery notes and more

With the List&Label Report Designer integrated into easyjob, or through Crystal Reports (license sold separately), you can customize a wide variety of print-outs.

Unfortunately, proficiency in working with report designer programs does not come automatically, so customizing proposal templates may consume a large portion of a beginner's time and energy.

Creating statistical reports

Whether you need statistics, monthly sales figures or equipment usage rates, easyjob can track it all. There are many ways to create customized statistical reports.

Generating additional statistic reports for the statistics menu

We can set up the analysis of any data you need. You will receive additional components (files) from us that must be copied into the program files. Upon completion, these statistics will be available in the easyjob statistic menu.

Excel Statistics using the easyjob Toolbar

Would you rather analyze statistical data using Microsoft Excel? We can integrate your personal reports into the easyjob Toolbar for Excel.With one click on the toolbar your data will be imported into Excel for further processing.

Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services

For more complicated statistical requirements, we use SQL Server Reporting Services. This advanced Microsoft SQL Server feature can create statistical reports in a variety of formats such as HTML, Excel, XML and PDF. These reports can be viewed using a Web browser or automated, so that they are sent via e-mail at regular intervals, such as the first day of every month.

We will setup the data analysis you need using the Reporting Services. We can also provide you with support from conceptualizing to installing the neccessary software.

Expanding the range of features

Do you require additional features in easyjob, such as additional fields or forms? easyjob's innovative interface makes it possible to expand features in the standard version as per your needs.

In addition, you can continue to profit from easyjob's software advancements by regularly downloading easyjob updates and patches.
