Monthly Overview
The monthly overview displays all of your projects, color-coded by status, for any given time frame. A filter pane enables you to quickly fi nd projects by manager, order type and more. Just click on the project to view or edit additional details.
The Navigator
The Navigator helps you to easily fi nd activities that may need your attention such as “Overdue Check-outs” and “Jobs in Progress”. Choose from a detailed list or calendar view. Through context menus, you can quickly access activities and make any necessary changes.

follow-up.
All Project details in one place
For easy tracking, all projects are color-coded as Proposed, Confirmed or Canceled. You can view, add or edit project data, such as customer information,
schedules and delivery addresses in one place. You can divide projects into as many individual jobs as you need, enabling every detail to be electronically tracked
and analyzed later. You can also prevent the loss of important files, such as the client’s catering menu and images of the venue, by storing them as attachments.
Accurate Equipment Scheduling
You‘ll be able to tell right away if the items you need are available or confi rmed, proposed or sub-hired in other jobs. Confl ict-resolution tools help you to quickly make appropriate adjustments, substitutions and/or upgrades. To make scheduling equipment even faster, you can create sortable categories and search by partial name. It‘s also simple to create packages and build customkits directly in a job order. You can create rules so that if one piece in a kit is unavailable, the main item will be unavailable as well. Item properties, such as dimensions, weight and power requirements are tracked for effi cient logistical planning. The Sub-Hire Optimizer analyzes overbookings and
can suggest suppliers based on priority, price or proximity to your warehouse. Additionally, you can designate inventory for rental, sales or both and see what you have in stock at all times. The purchase order module updates your inventory as new items are added.

Repair and maintenance
Keep your equipment in peak operating condition by setting-up maintenance schedules and reminders based on calendar days, days used or actual operating hours.
easyjob also tracks the frequency and cost of repairs, allowing you to accurately bill customers for damage caused by negligence or abuse, as well as determine the price-performance ratio of different brands in the same product category. Items that are undergoing maintenance or repair will be listed as such, so that you won’t inadvertently
book them. Your warehouse staff will also be notifi ed of any items scheduled for maintenance as they scan them with a barcode scanner.

Customizable Forms and Print-outs
A List&Label report designer is integrated into easyjob, enabling you to quickly and easily adapt professionally- designed templates to your corporate look. You can create your own invoices, proposals, price lists and more. All of the information you specify will auto-populate from the easyjob database. You can also establish rules for your reports (for example, proposals sent to agencies should only list the total price, whereas those sent to other types of customers should be itemized). All reports can be saved
electronically in a variety of formats such as PDF, HTML or JPG and e-mailed directly to contacts.
